The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each reasonably large room had a refrigerator, climate control, and a sofa bed. The location was best possible, at a moderate distance from Royal William Yard.

Really enjoyed our clean rooms in this place.

The food was decent and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. Location: the hotel was right by the restaurant.

The hotel was overcrowded during the xmas period, lacked hygiene and cleanliness. the staff was often absent and took too long to attend the guests.

The breakfast spread was varied and fresh, catering to different tastes. , the hotel's location was perfect for a relaxing city escape - quiet and picturesque. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the mineral pools that were a great way to de-stress.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it was made up of two smaller beds that kept moving apart. the music played at the spa was not really relaxing and more on the loud side.

The room I was given had a good view on the 4th floor and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The spa was excellent, offering a wide range of treatments and a great-sized pool. The hotel itself was not fancy but provided excellent value for money. The restaurant had affordable prices, a good range of options, and great service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were cute and helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa center with the many treatments and pools. I particularly enjoyed the warm indoor pools with glass covers and the outdoor sea salt pool. The cleanliness of this hotel was also noticeable, with the rooms cleaned daily and the spa section kept clean and not too crowded. the breakfast was generous with many options to choose from.
